Ordering and delivery

After you have completed the ordering process, you will be shown an order confirmation. We will also send you this order confirmation in an e-mail. Should you not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at: customercare@roobaya.com
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change or add products for you. Please contact customercare@roobaya.com and our Customer Care team will help you correct your order so you can get the item you want.
In order to offer you the highest level of convenience, we will ship your order with UPS's premium express delivery service. If your shipping address changes in the meantime, or if you would like to receive your shipment at a specific time, you can customize your shipment to your needs using UPS My Choice.
Your order from www.roobaya.com is shipped and returned for free.
After receiving your payment, we will prepare your order for shipment. If we receive your order before 2 p.m. during the week, we will ship it the same day. Delivery within Germany usually takes one working day. In much of Europe, delivery takes place within three working days, upon receipt of the order by 2 p.m. In some countries, however, it can take longer. If you need a watchband to be delivered at specific time, please contact customercare@roobaya.com..
As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using your tracking number at https://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track .

Payment

The following payment methods are available at roobaya.com:
  1. Credit card payment with MasterCard and Visa.
  2. PayPal Express and PayPal Plus: We currently only offer this payment method for orders in euros.
  3. Direct debit.
We have chosen PayPal PLUS as our trusted partner for all payment methods, meaning your payment information stays where it belongs – with PayPal.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it to us it within 14 days of receipt. During this time, you can try on your watchbands just as you would in a shop. However, please do not continue to wear the watchband if you plan on returning it. To protect the environment, we do not provide a return label for your shipment. Please contact customercare@roobaya.com so that we can e-mail you a prepaid return note.
We always strive to refund the purchase price of your returned goods immediately upon receipt of the return. In most cases, this happens on the same day – it usually takes less than five days for the amount to be returned to you.
